The room was spacious with comfortable king-sized beds. The jacuzzi tub and other amenities were a nice touch. They provided coffee/tea making equipment and a fridge. The hotel's location near Jaarsma Bakery was fantastic.

Easy to find, comfortable and extremely quiet!

Where were the ashtrays? I hate putting butts out on the parking area but could not find one ashtray.

Made the reservation and was quoted 403.16. When we checked out found I was charged 407.66. When I got home and checked my bank statement I found I was really charged 421.14

The suite was awesome, with central heating, a big TV, and a safe box. The view of the swimming pool was a nice touch 😉. The staff here was really friendly and helpful - it made a big difference!

As many nights that I have been in hotels over the past month- the showers are usually junk. This one was actually great.

Came into town for a wedding and if I had to plan over again I would have stayed here 2 nights and replaced the "ritzy" hotel we stayed in the night before in Kansas City. This BI offered convenient location which was easy to find, free wi-fi, comfortable bedding, and an exceptionally friendly staff..breakfast buffet was terrific( no runny eggs yay!)..We even had a jacuzzi tub in room at a great rate!! I travel a bunch will be looking into this chain more often

The location was fantastic, close to the shopping center with Walmart and the Windmill museum. We were given a suite with a bathroom, king size beds, and a jacuzzi tub. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making everything great.

The hotel staff was friendly the pool was clean and the waffles they served for breakfast were delicious.

The bed was uncomfortable. The internet was spotty. A hairball came out of the Jacuzzi while I was using it. When we were first checking in, we were told we didn't have a reservation (they hadn't checked their e-mail) and it took about half an hour to get checked in (the two women working the front desk were both new).

Easy check-in and great help at front desk. Suggested a Very Good Greek resturant down the road. Everything was very clean and new. Nice hot tub.

The location was good, close to the freeway, the Windmill museum, and Pella. The best thing was how friendly the staff were. the rooms... spacious and well appointes, the breakfast and the pool!

the WiFi was just awful... It didn't seem to work most of the time and I was really frustrated as I was on a work vist and really needed it

Well-kept room, all in all had good stay.

Everything was simply good. It was a quiet and comfy hotel in Pella. Staff were brilliantly friendly. The room I booked was kept clean and available with king size beds. The service was excellent in my opinion. The pool was nice too.

The room was top-notch and good-sized, also it had a safe. There was a perfectly clean bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets.

Clean, fantastic value hotel, the location was great so close to a fitness center. The breakfast was incredible, with cordial and nice staff and variety of food.

Pool was COLD for an indoor pool. Fitness center was an 8x8 room with 3 machines.
